RETURN POLICY

RETURNING YOUR CLMBR

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a new CLMBR, you can request a return within 30 days after your installation.

CLMBR’s Return Policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Commercial Warranty or In-Home Warranty, as applicable.

Because of the size and weight of our fitness products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your CLMBR. Returns made outside of In-Home Trial must be approved and if approved will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $350 or more for, depending on your location.

If your CLMBR is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, CLMBR reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at CLMBR’s sole discretion.

RETURNING YOUR CLMBR ACCESSORIES + APPAREL

The following terms apply to CLMBR Accessories and Apparel:

  • Accessories or Apparel purchased online may be returned for a refund online only, within 30 days of delivery.
  • Apparel must be unwashed, unworn and with the tags attached.
  • Proof of payment must accompany the return.
  • All returned products must be shipped with the original packaging.
  • CLMBR is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
  • Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original card only.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable. If any items were purchased with a referral code, your order will be refunded in the form of a new code for the amount of the returned items. Please contact Customer Support for your referral refund.
