Where can I purchase CLMBR from?

The CLMBR can be purchased directly through CLMBR for delivery within the continental U.S.

What do I need to do to prepare for delivery?

Ensure that you have the proper space in your home/apartment for the delivery and installation of your CLMBR: ceiling height of 90 inches, minimum of 34 x 33 inches for the base, and 48 inches of clearance.

What is the return/refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a new CLMBR, you can request a return within 30 days after your installation. Unless your purchase is eligible for our In-Home Trial.

What maintenance does the CLMBR require?

Although the CLMBR does not require intensive maintenance, daily maintenance our team recommends is using a soft cloth and generic cleaning solution on the machine and screen to clean any sweat or dirt.
